Catalina tea is a complex tea made from a blend of various medicinal herbs and powdered food ingredients. It was specially developed for overweight individuals to curb appetite and promote a feeling of fullness. The tea is offered in a specially designed 300-gram glass jar.

Catalina tea should be drunk every morning on an empty stomach 30–45 minutes before breakfast. To prepare it, pour 100 ml of boiled and cooled water (60 °C) over a tablespoon of dry tea, let it steep for 5–7 minutes, and then drink it along with the tea leaves.
